I’m a cockatiel with writing aspirations. I took this space under my wing and turned it into a blog where I can share my wisdom and my musings.
In my blog you will find heavily opinionated book reviews, book and author recommendations, short stories born from moments when I was either languishing in boredom or sparking with creativity; sometimes both. And a page full of photos of me. The photos are a non negotiable.
My wish is to spread glorious literature to new members of the flock, near and far.
I called my blog ‘The Reading Birdie’ because quite frankly, I am a bird. And I read.
